Play-Doh Rocks!

Ben has just discovered the joys of play-doh...he thinks the stuff is awesome and could probably play with it all day long. Not sure why we waited so long to get some!

In other news, everyone is adjusting well to our new schedules. Gavin started his new software engineering job last week after the snow craziness. Mom is now working part time, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and enjoying Tuesday/Thursday off with Ben. Ben is doing great in day care when mom's at work. He really likes the day care instructor and loves playing with all of the other kids. He's always nice and dirty when I pick him up so I know he's had fun! We're looking forward to the weather improving soon, hopefully, so we can get outside more...

Uh Oh...More Snow!!!

Gavin just dug us out from the last storm and now we're supposed to get another 10-20 inches today and tomorrow.

We went to the grocery store yesterday to stock up again. Parking lot was filled with huge towers of plowed snow. I've never seen anything like it. The roads around here are good in some places and bad in other places so we're trying to stay put.

Ben likes the snow but it's hard for him to get around in it. Unfortunately, we cannot find a sled anywhere so if anyone has one we can borrow give us a shout! Poor Charlie Monkey loves playing in the snow but always pays for it later as he limps around the house.

No work yet this week. Gavin is anxious to start his new job so he's ready for the snow to cease. Ben is ready to start day care but it looks like he probably won't go until Friday.

I just put out some more seeds for the birds and they are already digging in. We have the most beautiful blue jays and cardinals that come right up to the window.
